Sketches From My Personal Sketchbook

Last year I decided I wanted to sketch more in 'real-time' outdoors. My habit has been to rarely do this. I typically like to sketch or do any artwork in the privacy of my studio with no distractions. However I decided to "push myself" and take time when we were out as a family or when I was alone going to a beach or park. The majority of these sketches were done in about 20-40 minutes, often with a toddler running around in the background and my husband watching her.
