General Info
Shipping is mostly via USPS Priority Mail insured, Fed Ex or UPS. Shipping time is estimated between 3-7 days to the US Mainland but time frames vary and are not guaranteed. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipping label is created.
We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the courier. Please contact your local mail carrier if you are missing a delivered package.

International
We ship to most international countries including Japan, Australia, Canada and most of Europe. Shipping is a flat rate depending on items (between $15-$200) and will be shown at checkout. International shipping times vary by country and is subject to local tax and duties.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you really love your Colleen Wilcox Art product! But if you are not satisfied for some reason, returns and exchanges will be accepted for all eligible products if they meet the following guidelines below:
-Items must be shipped back in unused, original condition within 15 days from the date of delivery (return address listed below).
-Please contact us via email with your order # with the reason for your request for return or exchange.
-When shipping the return package, please provide your original packing slip or a note referencing your order # and reason for return or requested exchange.
-We strongly recommend that you use a trackable delivery service for sending back items and are not responsible for lost packages.
-No shipping charges will be refunded unless the order was received damaged or with incorrect items
-Once your items are received by us meeting the above requirements, we will process your return by refunding the original payment method (you will receive and email notification) or contact you regarding your request for exchange.
-Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt if your item arrives damaged or is incorrect
